At Cycle City Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
